Studies on world food security estimate that an affluent diet containing meat requires up to 3 times as many
resources as a vegetarian diet and up to 5 times as many resources as a plant based, vegan diet.

During this workshop you will learn simple and gourmet vegan dishes in the form of quick recipes for breakfast, lunch
and dinner (gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free). We cover nutrition (including carbohydrate, protein and fat balance);
the importance of a harmonious production cycle with a reduced impact on the climate and environment; the doctrine
of signatures; how many whole foods mirror our organs and provide specific properties and healing; Hippocrates' food
combination principles; allergy-free foods and intolerance symptoms; human physiology, diet and anatomy; easy
growing sprouts; and growing your own nourishing living legumes and pulses.

The day includes demonstrations and preparation of an organic three-course lunch and drinks,
together with deluxe chocolate samples. The cost of the lunch is included in the price of the workshop.
