Combining nutrients: raw fats, proteins and carbohydrates, Cleanses and fasts, Preparation techniques: sprouting, Equipment in the vegan and raw kitchen. Foraging for edible wild plants. 'Cook with confidence'. For complete beginners and improvers to develop skills and techniques and prepare a 2-3 course meal. Recipes are quick, simple to follow and show how to make fresh food exciting, with and without complex equipment. Courses include nutrition notes. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Suitable for the following diets: Vegetarian, Vegan, Sugar-free, Wheat & Gluten-Free, Lactose-Free, Raw/ Live-Food and Kosher. Part 1. Fresh Chickpea Humouses, Guacamole and crudites, Mixed sprout salads, Apple Cream. Part 2. Cream of Brocolli Soup, Courgetti Spaghetti with tomato and pepper dressing, Fruit Sundaes. Part 3. Kale Salad Deluxe, Rainbow Roots, Sage and Onion Quiche, Cheesecake. Retreat weekend. A selection as above, with breakfast museli, porridge, seasonal salads and desserts. Private 1/2 day classes, by request; One to one tuition, shopping visits and demonstrations. |
