Breakfast
Fresh fruit or fresh fruit salad
Magical muesli: 4 seeds, oats (optional), dried fruit, brazil nuts, buckwheaties.
Choice of nut and seed milks: Almond; Hemp seed or Walnut and pumpkin seed.

Vegetable Juices
Zinger: Carrot, apple and ginger
Green Machine: Seasonal leaves eg. Kale, cucumber, celery, parsley, pepper, lemon and
ginger (optional)

Fruit milkshakes (Smoothies)
Hemp / Almond / Walnut milk with banana, apple, oats (optional), vanilla bean, flax
seeds/oil.

Lunch
Choice of Houmous: Tomato & Sage and lemon and coriander served with 4 seed
crackers:
Pizza toasts with red onion and wild rosemary
Kale and spirulina
Fresh leaf salads
Olives (Turkish raw selection)

Dinner
Sage and Onion Quiche with garlic mushrooms
Pesto dressing
Carrot and Arame salad with red cabbage
Olives

Dessert
Ice creams: Chocolate, seasonal fruit/berry or lavender
Apple and cinnamon cream

Afternoon Tea Cakes
Chocolate Dream Cake ~ brazil, maca and apricot cake with velvety raw chocolate and
vanilla cream.
Carob and Apple Cake

Chocolates and truffles
A selection of Organic 75% raw cacao after dinner chocolates including:
Mint, Orange, Ginger, Rose and Truffles
