Magical muesli: 4 seeds, oats (optional), dried fruit, brazil nuts, buckwheaties.
Choice of nut and seed milks: Almond; Hemp seed or Walnut and pumpkin seed.

Vegetable Juices
Zinger: Carrot, apple and ginger
Green Machine: Seasonal leaves eg. Kale, cucumber, celery, parsley, pepper, lemon and
ginger (optional)

Fruit milkshakes (Smoothies)
Hemp / Almond / Walnut milk with banana, apple, oats (optional), vanilla bean, flax
seeds/oil.

Lunch
Courgette Spaghetti and tomato & pepper lentil sauce
Fresh leaf salads
Olives (Turkish raw selection)

Dinner
Raw pizza with mixed leaf salad, wild rice salad and cauliflower 'rice'
