Yoga for Children ages 2 - 7 years FREE

General Classes
Children's Yoga combines balances, twists, bends and stretches; poses and
postures (asanas) with an adventure story.
45 mins sessions; yoga play and relaxation.
eg Tree posture: Grounding roots from the soles of the feet, naming trees,
their fruit and seeds eg acorn, conkers and seasonal cycles.
Sun Salutation
Body tapping

Music
Calming, gentle flowing music to aid breathing, relaxation and meditation.
Dancing and musical statues in yoga style.

Gem stones and crystals
Relaxation with Amythyst, Jade and Rose Quartz are included

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL BENEFITS TO YOGA
Poses encourage flexibility, muscle strength and joint opening, suppleness,
mental focus, breathing, playful development and grounding balance. Builds
confidence, helps to improve concentration and relaxes/reduces autism and
asthma.

AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS
Term times 3.30 p.m - 4.30 p.m

BIRTHDAY PARTIES
45 mins session
Sessions may be held indoors or outdoors. Group limited to 10 places

ORGANIC PARTY CATERING
I also offer food preparation for small functions; fun and nutritious party foods.
Wheat-free, dairy-free (lactose free) and no added sugar.
Suitable for vegetarian, coeliac, diabetic and raw/vegan diets.

Theresa is a qualified Yoga Bugs Children's Instructor
2007 and 2008 Family Yoga Summer retreats at the Yuva Eco Holiday Centre,
Turkey.

CHILDREN'S YOGA CLASSES

has also taught adult, family yoga in
Turkey.
